Using the Cisco DTA (Digital Transport Adapter) labeled HDA-IR2.2 supplied by WOW (Wild Open West) ISP, the code "0591" works to turn on and off the Durabrand TV model DWT1304. The list of codes for Durabrand in the remote instructions did not include this code. An internet search for the code 0591 did not turn up any TVs but showed the code for a Pioneer DVF07, and other DVD players from LG, Emerson, Enterprise and Zenith. Because Emerson is one of the suppliers for Durabrand (according to Wikipedia) I think that Emerson may be the actual manufacturer of this Durabrand TV. TV label on the back says that this TV was supplied by Funai Corporation (who re-markets OEM electronics from Emerson, among others: see Wikipedia for Durabrand) and was manufactured in 2004. This TV, although analog with a color CRT (picture tube), works correctly today. My date today: 20160331.
