I could not find the codes in the IR Database Manager for the Panasonic AE8000u Projector so I was able to learn the codes from the original remote. The problem is that the Power button is a toggle so anytime I change from say "Watch Movie" to "Watch Cable" the Power Toggle is triggered and it wants to shut down the projector.

What control system are you using to program the projector? I believe all the PTAE codes are the same so you can try the PTAE-4000 or PTAE-1000 codes
