What are the program needed to transform NEC code to HEX ?
I have this NEC standard ID code 48B7
I have a list of command 5b, 4d, 5d etc...

If you give me the name of the programs need i will work myself on it.

IrScrutinizer.   You can enter hexadeciomal format numbers by prepending "0x".  So the command 5b can be entered as 0x5b.  The device number will probably be 0x48 or perhaps 0x12 (48 with the bits written in reverse order).

I have a window for selecting NEC protocol and lot's of NEC options
I have D/S /F
Where i fill out my code ?
What i know it's NEC Standard ID code =48 B7

I don't think that's what you want. You'll end up with Yamaha signals. Those are different than NEC. That tool also only does one code at a time. But if you don't care, and your device doesn't care, then I guess it doesn't matter.
