Neither my Crestron nor my RTI learners will learn the ir from the remote that came with my Severtson screen.

The Severtson manual says:

IR CODES:
For "UP": 0xD2,0x01,0xEE,0xC1
For "STOP": 0xD1,0x01,0xCC,0x9E
For "DOWN": 0xD0,0x81,0xDD,0x2E

After an hour of researching, I still have no idea what kind of code this is. IR Code Doctor doesn't recognize it either. Manufacturer has not been able to help so far.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I have an Eyeline Pro screen from Metroplan that uses the same codes. It's manual has the following:

KC053-01 IR code
"1" bit: 38KHz carrier Wave 1266us, low level: 422us
"0"bit: 39KHZ carrier wave 422us, low level: 1266us

UP: 0xD2,0x01,0xEE,0xC1
STOP: 0xD1,0x01,0xCC,0x9E
DOWN: 0xD0,0x81,0xDD,0x2E

I'm trying to input the codes into AMX's IR Edit to create an .irl file to use with an AMX system. It keeps telling me that "Failed To Translate IR Code: The IR code is not composed of four-byte blocks"

Generated with IrScrutinizer, using F32 IR protocol, and filling in the D,S, anf F boxes with e.g.  0xD2, 0x01, and 0xEE.  In the Additonal Parameters field, put E=0xC1.  The entries correspond to UP.

Hi I was searching for this too,

The screen I was controlling was a RevTek but only the first two commands in the above reply worked for me.

I discovered 3FG is brilliant for knowing how to decode this protocol, and now I use IrScrutinizer too, however there was likely a typo in the down command.

Try this, it worked for me.
Up ( Carrier 38.1 - One Time Byte Count = 0 - Repeat Byte Count = 64 )
