Above is the hex code for panasonic ir remote (power on button). I wanted to know which protocol does panasonic using and information about hex format

The protocol used is, surprisingly, also called "Panasonic" (although possibly not by the P-guys themselves). The signal decodes as

protocol = Panasonic, device = 128, subdevice = 0, obc = 61

... information about hex format
