From what I can find, this only has a toggle power. Why do you need the discrete?  It's probably a 12v 1 amp device.  Leave it on.

That thing has five known commands.  If you want to find discretes, then you are going to have to figure out the IRP (infrared protocol), device, sub-device number.
Using that, you could use some other programs to generate the full 255 hex codes and start firing them at your unit and see what happens.

These steps have all been documented (by lots of smart people and recently by me) on this sub.  However, unless you have a pronto or the like to fire a ton of hex codes, it's all pointless.
