Hello, Does anyone have Hex codes for Power on, Off and VGA input on models :
Panasonic, PT-LB60NTU and Epson, EMP-X3?

Yup!
I did not find a perfect match to my models.
That's why I'm asking for commands for these 2 specific models.

you were looking for the ACTUAL models you have?
most often codesets are shared across devices.
if you haven't tried any of the codes in those files, that's where to start.
