I am about to buy a new flat screen tv. I want to buy a flat panel tv that has discrete on & off codes, and discrete source select inputs. Looking to program accurate macro with my URC RF20. I DO NOT have a remote that is capable of downloading codes to it from the internet, and I am not getting one. The only capability I have for getting discrete codes is through the advanced codes process posted on the HI-FI REMOTE website, and then learning those codes I produce into my URC RF20. Does anyone know of any brands other than Sony because I already have a Sony Bravia tv in my system and I have no way of sending codes in an addressable manner using my URC RF20 remote with the matching rf receiver, that has both discrete on/off, and discrete source select codes that are obtainable through the advanced codes process found on the HI-FI Remote website? Thanks in advance.
