I'm looking for a codes to control Zone 2 on and off instead of a toggle button. I would rather not go the muting method if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That list only shows NEC codes I believe.
The Hex for zone 2 off should be:
0000 006D 0022 0002 0155 00AA 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 05ED 0155 0055 0015 0E47
This code is listed as Power, so I am not sure if it is a Toggle or discreet. I don't have a receiver to test it on:
0000 006D 0022 0002 0155 00AA 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 05ED 0155 0055 0015 0E47

There are two files associated with the x67 series-- a standard and extended file. Standard lists power toggle codes and these are labeled as "Power On/Standby". Extended lists discrete codes labeled as "Power" and "Standby", including the ones posted above.

Thanks those codes work great on the RX-V671 also. The second code is a discrete for on. At least on the RX-V671.
Thanks again.
