Hi,
What is the fastest way to convert RC5 IR commands to HEX format?

In particular I need to convert codes 102 and 103 which are discrete power ON and OFF for Cambridge Tuners. (System code = 17 Extended)

Makes clean IR sequences from IR protocol files. See the readme file for more information.

Place in the same folder as Makehex.
