Has anyone been able to find discrete power codes for a Denon DVD-900? I tried the Panasonic codes with noe luck.
Also, are there any cable boxes with discrete power codes? I am hoping I can switch my box for one that has them. I tried calling Scientific Atlanta to see if I could talk to an engineer there. No luck, they wouldn't put me through without a service number..
:( oh well.

Here is a workaround. Press play, then do a time delay (you'll have to experiment the delay time), then do stop command. This will turn it on. Play, time delay, stop will turn it off. I am pretty sure there is discrete on and off's, but I have not found them. Has anyone else?

hmm.. that would work.. but the time delay is annoying.. I need to use a similar one for my tv to wait for it to be on before changing inputs. I wish we could find the actual discrete.. It would be a lot nicer.
Thanks for the idea!
