Does anyone have a complete hex file of IR codes for the AVr-4810CI? I'm specifically looking for discrete codes for audio out hdmi/TV and Amp as well as discrete resolution control on the HDMI resolution outputs.

Get the Denon IR codes from www.awe-europe.com/ir_232.html.  Convert the Kaseikyo or Sharp format to Pronto Hex .

My guess at HDMI resolution:
0000 0070 0000 0032 0080 0040 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0ACE

I have a CCF, PCF and Excel file with all the codes for the AVRxx11 series. Most of the codes will be the same but there will be some that won't apply to the 10 series. Use the PDF that 3FG linked to see which ones do.

[Link: mediafire.com]

The Excel file has all the codes to but I never finished marking which codes applied to which model...got bored with it. :)

The CCF and PCF have the codes assigned to buttons but they are on top of one another.

Cheers
Jason

so if looking at the denon avr-4810ci IR pdf , I see it doesn't list any descrete code for HDMI TV audio out and HDMI Amp audio out like your excel sheet does for the newer avr-4311. So does that mean the ir codes just dont exist on the 4810?

Seems odd that they don't provide these two descrete codes for IR, but do for the rs232 control.

If they do exist they will be the same as 11 series.

Have you tried a firmware update?

I tried them and hdmi tv out or hdmi amp out didn't work nor did hdmi monitor out monitor 1 and hdmi monitor 2.

Yes my firmware is the latest. What I ended up doing was using the rs232 codes for these 4 items.

I have a server that runs homeseer home automation and has a usb uirt ir device. I've given all 4 of those items unique ir codes.

Example usb uirt receieves ir command from remote for hdmi tv out. Homeseer launches a .net script that connects to the denon over ip and sends the appropriate rs232 command.

This works pretty well bur it would have been easier and cleaner had denon just included the ir code as well.
