Does anyone have discrete on and discrete off IR codes for the Logitech PS3 adapter?

Definitely no discretes. There's no built-in macros.

I guess that's why I can't find them. I saw where a guy figured out the macro to turn the PS3 off, but I would assume that would turn the thing on if it's not already and then take a while to turn it back off. I guess I'll have to make an exception for the PS3 and only send commands when needed.
thanks for the files link. I didn't realize the files area had IR codes as well.

The PS3 will turn on from *any* command. :-)
If you have a Harmony and look at the available commands for the Harmony Adapter, there are power on & off, however those do not relate to specific commands on the Adapter - they just play back a macro from the remote.
