I have just had AT&T U-verse installed for my cable system. I would like to use my URC-9910 from the bedroom. The box is a Scientific Atlantic by Cisco, IPN 430 mc. Does anyone know what the code would be?

The CIsco IPN430MC uses the Nokia32 IR protocol. This is a relatively new protocol, and the 9910 doesn't have it built in.
