We need more info.

What brand?

Are these IR codes or RS232?

If IR what IR Protocol are they using?

Its an AVAD PROconnect lift made by Elevan, I hope I got the name right, and they are IR. Thats all I know. On the front of the manual, they list the hex code, as I have posted above, and a binary code. Thats it. They provide no other info.

I tried calling AVAD and they were no help. I tried calling the number listed in the manual for tech support and the number was out of service and AVAD had no cantact info on this company. I called URC and they told me I needed to convert to Pronto hex. I also called Phillips and they were no help. Then I tried to download Pronto software to see if I could use that and I can't get cause we are not an Authorized dealer. So, this leaves me really screwed at the moment!

Can you post the rest of the info you have?

We need to know what IR Protocol they are using or a learnt hex code from the remote to generate the hex codes. Without this info it is impossible to help.
