I can't find the code to my Sylvania tv. I the ones in the manual do not work. I also there are no codes for insignia tvs or viewmaster cable boxes. I can someone help me out?

How are you proposing to get the codes INTO your TSU500?
The Neo was an OK remote but for some reason Philips took a backward step in it's development and took away one of the most important features; Pasting In Hex Codes!

It's possible.
A) Hack the file and use RC3200 Editor, which does support importing Pronto hex code format.
B) Use NeoHacker (if it's still working, haven't tried in a while).
C) Someone wrote an Excel spreadsheet that's supposed to convert codes to the Neo's short format. With this, you can manually edit the XML file and swap in new codes.
