I am looking for discrete codes to turn the HD on and off when using replay tv.

The Zenith 520 and the SonyHD200 are basically the same box made by Zenith's parent LG Electronics- if the remote codes are the same as the Sony then the output mode is a toggle only.

heard the sony codes arent working. are there discrete for power on and off for the 520???

Discretes for HD is only provided by via the RS232 interface, they dont exist via IR.
