have you tried any of the other Onkyo models in the database you have?
I am pretty sure the codes are for the most part the same across the range.
Have you downloaded Glacks 'megalist'?

Onkyo codes appear to be the same across their range of AV Receivers.
this for example is their Power On code which will work on all their Amps.
Power on:
0000 006D 0022 0002 0156 00AB 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 05CC 0156 0055 0015 0E47

and this is DVD/BD Input
0000 006D 0022 0002 0156 00AB 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 003F 0015 0015 0015 05F6 0156 0055 0015 0E47

As Mark said the codes should be the same as other models. You can get them here but the excel file does not actually list the TX-SR307.
