Hello all. I am currently trying to find discrete codes for BenQ projectors. Mainly Power On/Off and Input select. How would I know if they are available or not??? Thanks in advance.

I got this set of codes from a BENQ tech guy. I was asking for discrete codes for the HT 4050 projector. This is the message he sent. Note: I am not sure he sent the right codes for the HT4050, since I know the following: An OFF code for the SP890 projector works for my HT4050, and the carrier frequency (second 4-bit hex is 006C). What he sent me was all 006D, as you can see. He did say I needed to convert these codes from NEC to Pronot Hex, but frankly I am confused, as the format seems to me to be Pronto Hex already, but I may not understand enough to know the difference, or the suggested conversion may make it work. The codes listed below DO NOT work for the HT4050 in their current format.

You’ll need to convert the codes from NEC to Pronto format. I have a tool and can do it for you, just let me know what commands you need. I’m going to go ahead and send over the basics.
