Discreet On/Off codes for Cyberhome 528DVD
can anybody help?

Craig,
There are two ccf files here at RC for Cyberhome DVD's with identical and fairly extensive commands but no discrete power commands. They use the NEC protocol device=114.205. With that information you can download MakeHex and generate all 256 commands and try to discover one.
Alternately, most DVD's turn on from off with the Play command so On=Play/Stop and Off=Play/Power Toggle you may have to experiment with slight delays in your macro between commands.
