I've bought a Relisys Plasma and it only has one button to select input "video1 >video2 >dvd >pc> but no direct input select.
Also I'm looking for a discret on /off command as it only has a single button.
The makers were kind enough to send me a word doc with the hex commands and I have learned the remote commands but there seems to be no tie up between the two so I'm guessing the codes are dirty as some are longer than others.
The doc does have gap in the hex code so I'm hoping the commands do exist.

Unfortunately the doc doesn't mention what the leader code is.

Here is the doc [Link: panja.co.uk]

I'm guessing the codes could be standard but I don't have the experience to work out what it all means.
Any help would be most welcome

Rob,

The pronto hex that you posted is exactly consistent with the word document found at the link. The "leader code" is simply 8mS of Carrier On and 4mS of carrier off. The final value (031C, 0342, 02F6 etc) is the gap (carrier off time) between pulses. This value has been calculated to adjust such that all frames + Gap are equal in length.

The IR protocol is not extremely common, but is used in some TV's, VCR's, etc. made by Daewoo. If you have a One-For-All remote the protocol is most likely in its built in library.

When manufacturers provide the document like you have they generally document all commands. If you have a Pronto I can generate all 256 commands (data codes) but I should warn you that I found a command for a TV/VCR unit uses the same IR protocol (but a different "custom code" 14 hex rather than 16 hex)that had the same "data codes" as all of your commands but had many more for VCR functions, one of which was an EEPROM reset at data code 5A hex or 90 decimal. I assume that that would put you back to where you were before setting anything else. But I don't know what it does and it could require a factory visit or replacing the chip.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can tell you about what I found.
