There are a number of posts for the DTV codes, but I need On/Off codes for an Insignia TV for the MX-900.

Any ideas??

I have read that Insignia is the same as HP.

Try these,

ON

This is were I got them. [Link: h10025.www1.hp.com]

If they don`t work, it will be easier to help if you have some working Hex Codes that you can Post!

I am also looking for discrete codes for an Insignia LCD tv (the NS-LCD42HD to be specific). I tried the HP's to no avail. I would love to find discrete input codes if they exist, but On/Off would suffice.

as Jason said above
"it will be easier to help if you have some working Hex Codes that you can Post!"

I accidentally posted before I was finished.  Here is what is was suppose to look like:

Where can I search to match the codes I have so that I can find a full list?

Thanks for the quick reply and the codes. I'll try them out.

Should I be concerned that I did not find a match for my existing codes in the list you sent me? Maybe the list was truncated in the PM?

What are you looking for in a 'match'?
Function 12 & 15 are power and volume up as I recall.

Perhaps I'm confused about how it works, but I expected to find my code for Volume up in the list you sent.

Volume Up (that I have):
0000 006C 0022 0002 0159 00AB 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 066D 0159 0056 0016 066D

This code does not exist in the list. I first noticed by searching for 066D (the very last numbers) in the entire list and came up with no hits.

Function 15:
0000 006D 0022 0002 0157 00AC 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0689 0157 0056 0015 0E94

I'm new at this, so maybe there's more going on that what I realize, but they don't seem to match up at all. All the codes from NEC 134.5 that I can see terminate with 0E94, but none of my codes do.

Thanks for helping me through this .

Try 134.5 function 96 = Off and 97 = On. I gather that mitamark has already sent you the full set.

The numbers in the Pronto Hex format are mostly time intervals. A learned signal wll vary some what in the numbers compared to a calculated set.

I'm also looking for discrete codes for On and Off for an Insignia TV (model NS-L322Q-10A). Did you have any luck finding them? Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, I haven't had a chance to get back to this project for a couple days. Thanks for the test codes. Neither of these seemed to work. I finally found my USB-UIRT to do some easier testing than on my Harmony One. Here are some example Pronto codes from my original remote (using USB-UIRT's lrnhelper v. 0.0.5):

0000 006C 0022 0002 0158 00AC 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0675 0158 0057 0015 0E57

I'm looking for discrete power on and off and discrete HDMI input buttons (the HDMI above cycles between the HDMI inputs). Do you know if the above example codes are from NEC2 134.5? Is there some way to check? If they are from 134.5, is there any way to get a list of all the Pronto codes for NEC2 134.5 that I can test myself? Thank you so much.
