Hi all
I have a pronto tsu9200 and was trying to use the Sony codes provided in the Pronto classic section (just copied and pasted the codes in) but it did not work. I was wondering if I need to do some coversion of some sort to make it work with my remote?
Or if someone already has a working code specifically for the power on and off; would you be able to share it with me please? Thank you.

Have you tried the Philips Database codes they should work. You can also download the Only One Remote Database from Philips which has all Sony 2008 models. [Link: pronto.philips.com]

Hi Jason
Thanks for your reply. I did download the Only One DB, but they don't list the Sony model that I've got (or rather they have heaps of codebases and none that tells me directly which one is the one I should be using).
In any case, I've browsed around and used one of the codes on the files section and that seems to work fine....although the power on code seems to keep take me back to TV Analogue and therefore I've got to stick in a HDMI input line. Is that how it's suppose to work?

Hi Mr Mod
Thanks for that. But i proceeded to try out Jason's idea and used the all model codebase from the pronto website and seems to have worked.
I've got another question though, would you be able to guide me in obtaining codes for playstation 3 IR . I tried to use the CCF here but doesn't seem to be working for me.
Thanks again for all the replies

Hi ph3ng, The playstation 3 does not have an IR receiver it uses Bluetooth. You will need to buy a IR remote or a IR receiver for it.There are many choice`s and they all have pro`s and con`s.Some will turn the playstation 3 ON and OFF some do not. Read this, [Link: remoteshoppe.com]
