I have a Marantz SR-7200, and use one of its 12VDC signals to turn on my projector TV. The receiver is set up to turn on the projector when switched to DVD, TV, or VIDEO, and that's all good.
I have had a bit of a look around, and so far have not seen any discrete codes which will do this. Am I asking too much, or is it possible?
Why do I want to do this? The receiver also has a feature, that if it is switched from an A/V source to an audio only source, the video from the previous source remains. Eg, watch TV, switch to tuner. Now I can watch live sports, but listen to the radio commentary instead of the TV commentary.
Except when I do this, because the main source is now tuner, the projector turns off, and I have to switch it on manually by reaching up to the ceiling.
Plus, since there are two 12VDC signals from the receiver, being able to toggle the second one discretely from the remote opens up all sorts of possibilities!!

You are entirely correct. However, if I assign the trigger to all inputs, that means that by default the projector is on while I'm listening to a CD or the radio. I want this to be the exception, rather than the rule.
I could probably set up a macro to go into the receiver's setup and turn it on like that, but a discrete code is much cleaner.
