I have a new MX-900 and am close to having it figured out. I am looking for the discrete power codes for the Russound CAV 6.6. I found it surprising that a search here did not reveal much on Russound. Do these exist?

These could be WAY off, but its the only russound hex I have on this computer. Will double check on Tuesday once I get my laptop. Hopefully these get you somewhere.

ON

0000 006d 0000 0004 00da 006f 0048 00d9 0048 0048 0048 0304

OFF

0000 006d 0000 0004 00da 006f 0048 0048 0090 0048 0048 034d

Thanks Xm2Go but I can't get these to work. If you get a chance on Tuesday to check the codes I would appreciate it.

I think I mostly have the MX-900 working using variables for the Russound power but it's not great.

I have toggle Power. That is all. Could not find anything in Russound database other than T-Power. Does input turn on the unit?

Do they only have the toggle power because they want you to control via RS-232? I never thought of trying the input to see if it turns it on. What benefit would this be? Would it still need to set up as variables?

Hypothetically. Input would turn it on. Input + Delay + Power would turn if off. Works with the Bose Lifestyle systems.

Yes, the input function does turn on the Russound. I am working to modify my macros to use this approach. Thanks for the tip.
