So the planar 8130 does not have discrete aspect ratios available on the factory remote. They do however have IR codes in the back of the owners manual. Can anyone help me convert these to a CCF compatible format?

Normally, that's not enough information to generate a hex code. You need to know the protocol used and any custom code (or device number) used with the protocol. Fortunately, on page 79 of the manual you linked to, it mentions that it uses NEC protocol with custom code 06F9. With that info, you can use Makehex to generate the hex codes. If you want to learn how to use that for future reference, I can help with that, but here are the codes you want for now.
