Assuming you want the codes in Pronto hex code, the short form (preferable if your remote can accept it) would be:

Power On
5001 0000 0000 0002 0010 000c 0001 0000

Power Off
5001 0000 0000 0002 0010 000c 0002 0000

The long form (not perfect since it would not accept consecutive presses of the same button, but in this case would not matter since they are discrete on/off commands) would be:

Power On
0000 0073 0000 0011 0020 0020 0040 0040 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 00A0 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0AA4

Power Off
0000 0073 0000 0010 0020 0020 0040 0040 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 00A0 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0040 0AC4

If you want an explanation of the conversions see:
