trying to figure out codes for this receiver (nevo)

cant really figure it out . .

its saying just to put in two characters .

04FN switches to DVD if I recall correctly.
You enter the two characters for the function number followed by FN. So a total of 4 characters. Is that what you are sking about?
That needs to be followed by a carriage return/enter command . Crestron's is /r ... I don't know Nevo's.

I saw that you are controlling a PDP as well.
PDP uses a straight pass-through cable. All other Pioneer components use a null-modem/crossover cable.

i still cant get it working,
i have the tv working no problem . .

i tired null adapter,
i tried straight up gender changer,
i tried said code with nevo carriage return (\r)

is there a setting on the rcvr or anything ?

No setting in the receiver's menu.
The default baud is 9600 though.

Type a sample command sting for the TV and the receiver and maybe I can think of something.

Is there a Hex vs. ascii setting in the Nevo software?
