The remote shows discrete input control but no discrete power controls. Does Sony have discrete on/off IR codes?

Are those HEX codes HIFI is giving? What is the code format I should input as for, let's say, "Power On" which is command code "46". I am programming a NEVO remote.

What is shown on the site are decimal values, if you are after codes in a pronto format you will have to follow the instructions on the main page of that site.
