is it possible to control the philips livingcolors with the pronto 433mhz ?
i hear the lamp is controlled via RF

No it isn't - Pronto doesn't do RF.

I am using a tsu9400 which has RF (2.4 Ghz - same as lamp), could I use this pronto to contriol the lamp directly?

No - the 9400 uses wifi, not RF.
