I am searching for the disrete On and OFF IR Codes to a Pioneer BDP-LX70A. (Blueray Player)
Can anybody help me?

Welcome!
I hope you need it in Pronto hex format. It helps if you write the remote that you are programming.
Go to pioneercustom.com and if it is a Pronto device download the ccf file for the BDP-HD1, 94FD, or 95FD (US BD players).
Or ... do a search on this site for Pioneer Blu-ray. I posted the codes here some time ago. I'm not at my work computer so I can't cut and paste them now.
