Thought I had the Samsung LN-T4671F pretty well under control with my MX-900 remote, but then I got some components that have HDMI outputs. I've tried nearly all the Samsung HDMI TVs in the MX-900 database and they do not work well. Strangely, HDMI 2 actually sets the TV to HDMI 1. The HDMI 1 will switch the TV sequently from Air --> HDMI 1 --> HDMI 2 --> Air. As a work-around I am using the HDMI 2 when I want to switch to HDMI 1. That works. For HDMI 2 I wrote a macro that first issues an HDMI 2 (switching it to 1), then a HDMI 1 which cycles it to HDMI 2. This works OK when I test it by itself, but does not work reliably when integrated into my activity macros, e.g., setting up everything needed to watch something from the Dish DVR.

Anybody else have this problem? Any ideas?

TIA

Problem solved! I stumbled across the article on the Home page "URC updates non-updateable software...." After downloading and installing the new fersion of the software an firmware I solved my problem using the new Samsung TV Discretes 2007. Seems to work very well.
