the new Thule Audio products use RC5 code, with 38kHz transmission rate and 950nm IR receiver and the older 36khz
For the old product, I use this:
5000 0073 0000 0001
5000=RC5 0073=Frequency (36KHz) 0000=Number of burst pairs in Non Repeating Segment 0001=Number of burst pairs in Repeating Segment (why this is 1 I don't know)
Then the last two are:
0010=10Hex or Decimal 16 the device number or System Address 0000= 0Hex or Decimal 0 the first command of Zero etc.
But now, what's the code for the Frequency (38khz)

Where N is the value (in decimal) of the second 2-byte hex word:
Frequency = 1000/(N * .241246)

I have try with 006d (for exemple: 5000 006d 0000 0001 0010 0001), but that's don't work...
