A turner on a TV are we sure this is not for a reciver? This looks like Reviever codes ot me. Also these are for RP tvs and this is a Tube TV

Most all Hitachi TV's use the same commands RPTV or direct view TV. If your TV responds to discrete power commands (and the only reports that I have seen were for recent RPTV's) it will probably be these. The Tuner command is probably the discrete command to get bact to the RF tuner that detects broadcast or cable channels as opposed to Video 1 or 2 etc.
