I've spent a lot of time building a CCF for my whole house system and I was wondering if there is an easy way to convert this to a GC database. I really don't want to do it code by code. Has anyone done this migration in bulk? Thanks for any help!

I would just ask GC if they can supply code for their conversion utility so that you can run a batch conversion. Haven't asked them for code before, but there's really nothing there to lose for them by giving it to you.
