Hi,

I have a Harmony 525 remote, and I'm trying to control my LG37LB1R TV. Everything works like a charm, except for this:

I cannot find a discrete IR code for the HDMI input.

The remote has three different InputHDMI commands for the LB1R: Input HDMI, Input HDMI2, InputHdmi3. None of them work. All the other input commands in the Harmony works perfectly - TV, AV1, AV2, AV3, S-Video, Component, RGB.

But InputHDMI? No. What can I do?

I have tried entering some other random other LG models into my remote, but I can't get the InputHDMI command to work in any way.

I know I can set up the activity in the Harmony so that it goes to the nearest input and then "InputNext" x2, but that is not what I want.

I want the discrete HDMI code. Please. Someone? Any ideas?

I have called both Harmony support and LG support, but no luck so far...

Did you solve the problem, because i'm facing the same problem? How do get the HEX codes to Harmony remote? Which of the hex code is the right one for HDMI. My TV is LG 32LB1R.

on some LG models,
if you check the manual (search for the pdf online)
they have the IR codes in the back of the manual,
call harmony tech support,
send them the manual and tell them to add them to your device . .

they did it for me !!

In the manual of the LG LB1R I can't find any discrete codes for input selection other than the one for input TV. So there is none listed for HDMI/PC and HDMI/DTV.
However my logitech harmony has discrete codes for e.g. InputRGB/DTV, so surely HDMI/DTV must also exist.
Has anybody had any luck yet getting their harmony send discrete codes for HDMI/DTV and HDMI/PC?
