I have 3 remote controllers for all my devices, and i have a IR receiver for my computer in usb.
Now, how do i let the computer learn the commands of my remote controllers, and then save it to a file irshell can use?

Pronto formats the specific information of a compatible IR code in way that it can understand. This includes information about frequency, timing, patterns and durations of on/off, etc...
I have no idea how your USB-IR will represent or format that code. Why not just use the pronto to learn the code?
What is your application?
