ok i know im new to the forum so i hope im doing this right
im looking for discreet codes for
Pioneer vsx-c300 (a surround sound system)
a Funai dvd recorder
xbox360
joytech control center 540c (a 360 device for chanaling the highdef from multiple systems)
and a Sagem tv (axium 45)

i think thats all lol

the remote control i have is a philips (pronto?) sbc ru940/00

any tips on how to create my own panels etc greatfully recieved as is any cool looking templates (at moment i have some i have salvaged from the net then taught with my old remotes) plus a panel thats ugly as hell with my main buttons on it for everyday use

i know this isnt really the section for it but could someone answer this (can i make a button that will do more then one thing? for example turn the 360 on turn the joytech to the 360 frequency turn the pioneer to the right sound channel and switch the tv to the right av channel all at one push ?)

This is the real reason these types of remotes are in existence. What you want to do is create a macro... one button with a list of commands under it. Timing out the macro (with delays) to make sure each command is accepted can be somewhat challenging, but perseverence will pay off.

im looking for discreet codes ...

any tips on how to create my own panels ...

The Pronto Files section here on RC will seem like a goldmine if you haven't used it yet. Many hundreds of examples for you to borrow from, or just get ideas.

Have fun!
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.
