Hi all!
I am a student building a TALKING TV remote control for my final year project.
I have 3 weeks left to program this damn thing and I am struggling to find the codes required to get the remote to work.
Uni have lumbered me with their LG TV (not allowed to bring in my TV due to heath and safety or something!)
The model Number for the TV is CE28H86T.
I want to program the remote for Volume and Channel up and down functions only.
I will be driving the IR LED through a microcontroller, so does anyone know what method of Encryption this TV uses (Phillips RC5, RC6 etc, or even more helpfully the HEX codes for these functions.)
Any help would be much appreciated.
And if any one has programmed a remote, building it themselves, any pointers would be much appreciated!
