Customer wants an IPOD dock run off of Zone 2 of an Onkyo TX-SR605 using an RTI RK1-8 Keypad. Cannot find any Onkyo IR codes in RTI's database that make this work. Any help on what IR codes to use would be much appreciated.

Is it an Onkyo dock? Does it have a switch that says TAPE or some other source on the bottom? Are you using IR to it or RI (danger with zone 2)? More info needed. Like whose dock is it, doc?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

It is an the onkyo dsa2x dock, but I have no problems controlling the dock. I am not able to control the 605's zone 2 power, volume, or source selection. I have tried the IR codes from other onkyo receivers in the RTI IR database, but have had no luck. I just need to be able to select the zone 2 source, control the zone 2 volume, and then turn the zone off. Onkyo's site is no help with the IR codes.

I have not checked this but the newer model Integra's codes would be worth a try, I will try one for you tomorrow. Cheers Mick
