Hello,

I recently bought a 32" Samsung 720P LCD TV to complement my 40" Samsung that I have in my living room. I'm hooked up via HDMI to a Comcast Motorola DCH3200 box. The remote is a Comcast "red" select button remote.

Essentially I have an identical set up on my 40", except we're hooked up with component video and we're running a different motorola box with the comcast "gray" button remote.

The issue is that I have programmed the "red" button remote on the 32" set, and everything seems to work fine with one small issue-when you bring up the on screen guide using select and hit the down arrow, the TV pops up an error saying "Not Availalble"

This is extremely annoying as when I hit the cable button and hit down, the on screen guide works just fine (of course I can't control the volume of the TV or turn it on and off when the remote is set to cable). Even more frustrating, is that the gray button remote works flawlessly on the 32" set-just as it does on the 40". I have tried all of the Samsung codes and all result in the same issue

Any thoughts on how to fix the issue would be greatly appreciated-Thank you!
