Hi. How can I create new IR files to use with Crestron, without buying Crestron IR learner ? I have hex codes from Global Cache IR learner, and want to create Crestron IR file to test it on my controller at home. I downloaded the DEAL program buy it needs the crestron IRL to be connected.
Thx in advance

you can creat crestron ir files with thier Deal for windows software and pasting the CCF format of IR coded you want to creat. there are many ways of getting the CCF format for most devices. One is right here on RemoteCentral.com

Yeh I tried using DEAL 2.07, but I can't find how I can manually edit content of the function. I only see the Learn, Verify, Test, but when I press them, they keep looking for Crestron IR learner. Is there newer version of this program ? Or Im not seeing the option that allows me manually editing the code.
Ohh Im using Global Cache IR learner. I was able to create IR files for the AMx using the IREdit and it works, now I just need to figure out how to do the same thing with Crestron
thx for your help guys
