Do you have any learned signals in Pronto Hex for that same TV?
I think I could translate that LIRC data into a .irp file so that MakeHex could be used to create Pronto Hex for a CCF file. But there are a few details I would be guessing at. If I saw Pronto Hex for any signal of the same device, I wouldn't need to guess anything.
