I need help to find how to reset my reciver. I removed the cover to give it a good cleaning know I'm locked out !if any one could help it woul be greatlu apreciated

hi everyone im having the same problem with my pdp r06u media receiver when i power on i get all 3 lights up i dont know if is lock or not can someone plz help me here i thank u so much
