Those are NEC1 protocol, device 4.

So in MakeHex, use nec1.irp with "device=4".

To find such info yourself (and the individual function numbers) use the JP1 version of IrTool with DecodeIr.dll

Since you aren't using a JP1 remote, ignore the EFC number in the DecodeIR popup. For example your first string decodes as:
NEC1:4:177 EFC=161
That means:
Protocol = NEC1
Device = 4
Function = 177
