Does anybody have discrete codes for Philips HDRW720/17 dvd hard drive recorder that i can use on my Pronto 7000?

I was able to find discrete codes from a philips dvdr725 here in the files section:
ON= 6000 0000 0000 0001 0032 003F
OFF= 6000 0000 0000 0001 0032 003D
However, the ON works but the OFF doesn't. I even tried changing the last digits from a-f and no dice.
