We just bought an Olevia 237T at the local BJ's Wholesale Club. I brought it home hung it on the wall got it up and running no problem. The DirectTV remote only controls channel and nothing else on the TV. We need 2 remotes now to change channels, volume, and on and off of the DirectTV box and also the TV. I emailed DirectTV and they gave me the code of 11331, which doesnt work. I called them on the phone and they tell me this is the only code they have for Olevia televisions and tell me to contact Olevia. I find this hard to believe.

Does anyone have the codes for Olevia LCD televisions? Please help a mid 40s couple that couldnt read the TV guide on their old 26" tube TV any longer. The new set is great but we want only 1 remote!

The only directv remote with code for the current olevias are the Rc64 series, which ioncludes rc64, rc64r, and rc64rb. No other directv models of remote has the proper code, which is 11610.

I HAVE HEARD THAT THE 27 IN. LCD APPEARS A LOT SMALLER THAN THE 27 IN. SIZE -ANY COMMENTS?

Just wanted to say "THANKS" I had the same problem an Olevia 37" LCD TV with the new Directv HR21-700 DVR. Could not find a workable code to consolidate the remotes until I found your post here. The Tv is super for the minimal cost - blows away my Samsung DLP 48" for picture quality. The only complaints I had with the Olevia were the remote code and the horrible onscreen "user menu" a crazy multi sided cube that looks like a dice from dungeons and dragons. Now I only have the one complaint. THANKS !!!!! Time to upgrade my main room set.
