Post the Pronto Hex for a few learned signals. That would provide enough context to make the info you posted above meaningful.

Without some kind of extra context, the info you posted is not enough to use to construct Pronto Hex for the discrete codes.

If you can't post Pronto Hex for learned signals, maybe there is more info that you didn't quote from the source of the above info. But a sample of learned Pronto Hex would be better if you have it.

hi john, thanks for the reply, unfortunately i do not yet have an original remote to learn a few codes from, apparantly they are NEC based codes where the v.3 LCD's used RC5. As soon as i get the remote i will post the learned commands.
regards mark.

If it's NEC, then I'm pretty sure I know what the codes are.

I emailed a set of signals to you for testing. The function number in the label above each of the signals in that email corresponds to the last two characters of the code in the form you quoted in post 1 of this thread.

I hope it's just the original remote you don't have yet, not the device itself. Because I'm not 100% sure about the codes I emailed. You'll need to test to see if they really work.

John, as has been said many times on this site,"you are the man!!" I finally have one of the sets in front of me, and the original remote! the codes you e-mailed are indeed the correct codes, the manual that comes with the set lists a similar codeset with the associated commands, however it would appear that only the commands that are on the original remote (toggles) are operative, none of the listed discretes work. These were due for installation today, but in view of this haven't been. Thanks again John for your help.
