Using Makehex: To avoid confusion, use the panasonic.irp (not panasonic2.irp) For 144 codeset, first line should be:
Device=144.0
and for 176
Device=176.0
You can get makehex to build just the .HEXs you need (i.e. functions 62 and 63) or cut and paste from the whole file.
John, I've noticed that makehex seems to build files with the correct timing (at least for panasonic.irp) whereas other .HEXs I've copied from this forum (duly acknowledged) have been anything up to 20% or so out.
