Can anyone help with discrete codes for the Input and Aspect settings on this widescreen?

Inputs Video 1, Video 2 and Video 3 are already posted on this site in the file area under discrete codes for JVC TV. These codes work great.
However, there aren't any listed for Video 4 or Digital-In (which I really want). Now that I have my Samsung SIR-TS160 hooked up, I need that Digital-In input key... any ideas?
Also, a direct aspect button would be awesome too...

I took the idea from somebody else who was having this same issue but with a sony tv, I tried it last night and it worked.
select video three
delay
input select
To get it to digital;
select video three
delay
input select
delay
input select
This is assuming that the your input selects go in the following order
video one
video two
video three
video four
digital in
